Avionaut UK warranty claims are handled end-to-end by Buggy Pitstop. Here’s exactly what happens after you hit “submit”.

  1. 01

    Submit your claim

    Complete the warranty form as either a direct customer (B2C) or a stockist (B2B). Include your serial number, proof of purchase and — for products over 2 years old — your warranty certificate.

  2. 02

    Triage by Buggy Pitstop

    Our specialist team reviews your submission against the Avionaut warranty terms. If we need anything else we’ll be in touch within two working days.

  3. 03

    Collection or spare part dispatch

    For repairs we arrange courier collection. For spare parts orders we pick, quality-check and dispatch direct to you or your retailer.

  4. 04

    Workshop repair

    Every repair is completed in-house by trained Avionaut technicians at the Buggy Pitstop workshop using genuine Avionaut parts.

  5. 05

    Return & follow-up

    Your product is safety-checked, cleaned and returned. We’ll email a completion report and log the claim to your Avionaut warranty record.
