Avionaut Warranty — Terms of Service

1. Warranty Request

Submitting a warranty request does not constitute acceptance or approval of a warranty claim. All requests are subject to validation and assessment by Avionaut or its authorised representatives.

Avionaut reserves the right to request additional information or documentation where necessary to validate a claim.

2. Warranty Documentation Requirements

To enable Avionaut to assess your warranty request, the following documentation is required based on the age of the product:

  • Products that are two (2) years old or less: A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Products that are more than two (2) years old and up to ten (10) years old: A valid proof of purchase and a valid warranty certificate must be provided.

All documentation submitted must be genuine, legible, complete, and capable of verification.

If the required documentation is not provided, is incomplete, or cannot be validated, the warranty request cannot proceed until satisfactory documentation has been received.

3. Warranty Assessment

Once your documentation has been validated, your product may be referred for inspection by Avionaut or an authorised repair or service centre.

The outcome of the inspection will determine whether the reported issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Avionaut reserves the right to approve, decline, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the warranty request in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and relevant consumer protection legislation.

4. Personal Information

To process your warranty request, Avionaut will collect and process personal information including, where applicable:

  • Your name
  • Contact details
  • Postal address
  • Product details
  • Proof of purchase
  • Warranty certificate (where required)
  • Description of the reported issue

This information will only be used for the purpose of validating, assessing, administering, and completing your warranty request.

5. Sharing Your Information

To facilitate the assessment and processing of your warranty request, Avionaut may share your personal information and warranty claim details with authorised third-party organisations, including:

  • Authorised repair and service centres
  • Distributors
  • Logistics and courier providers
  • Technical support providers
  • Other parties directly involved in administering your warranty claim

Your information will only be shared where it is reasonably necessary to process your warranty request.

6. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information and documentation submitted is accurate, complete, and genuine to the best of your knowledge.

Providing false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information or documentation may result in your warranty request being declined.

7. Limitation of Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, applicable consumer protection legislation, and any exclusions or limitations that apply to the product.

Approval of a warranty request remains at the sole discretion of Avionaut following validation and assessment of the claim.

8. Consent

By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting this warranty request, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
  • You understand that submitting a warranty request does not guarantee approval of your claim.
  • You understand that your warranty request is subject to validation before any inspection, repair, replacement, or other warranty service can proceed.
  • You understand that:
    • For products two (2) years old or less, a valid proof of purchase is required.
    • For products more than two (2) years old and up to ten (10) years old, both a valid proof of purchase and a valid warranty certificate are required.
  • You understand that if the required documentation cannot be validated or is not provided, your warranty request cannot proceed.
  • You consent to Avionaut processing your personal information for the purpose of validating, assessing, and administering your warranty request.
  • You consent to Avionaut sharing your information with authorised third-party repair centres, service providers, distributors, logistics providers, and other organisations directly involved in processing your warranty request.
